Lonza is currently seeking an experienced CAPEX Project Engineer to join their team in Portsmouth, NH. The position involves executing all aspects of capital project scoping, initiation, execution, and closeout, along with managing financial aspects of projects including budgeting, estimating, and capital approval processes. The role requires providing project leadership using engineering principles to support design and scope for a wide range of scales including strategic site CAPEX projects, recapitalization projects, and customer tech transfers. The engineer will also plan, lead, and execute plant projects involving complex equipment changes and significant process improvements.
