About The Position
Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation in the Financial Services, Energy, and Insurance industries. The Summer Internship Program is designed for students graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 (Rising Seniors ONLY). The program consists of a week of orientation, developmental training, and client preparation, followed by 9 weeks of real-life client experience. Interns will be assigned to specific client engagements under a Capco Project Manager, providing them with the opportunity to develop an understanding of clients' business challenges and how Capco approaches engagements to help them overcome these challenges.
