Joining the Sono Bello Capacity Planning & Optimization team will put you in a highly visible role that leads the planning and resource management of Sono Bello’s surgical and clinical capacity. As the Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for optimizing and managing Sono Bello’s surgical and clinical capacity to ensure current and future demands are being met. This involves analyzing resource utilization, forecasting, and implementing strategies to enhance system performance and efficiency. Additionally, collaboration with various teams to align capacity plans with business objectives, oversee upgrades, and recommend hardware or software adjustments to support growth while minimizing costs. A self-starting, strong analytical, and communicative leader is crucial for this role.
