About The Position
The Capacity Development Program Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing Alameda County's public health infrastructure by designing, implementing, and monitoring community-based capacity development initiatives. This position focuses on improving community health outcomes and strengthening responses to public health challenges through population-based approaches that prioritize equity. The specialist will work under the supervision of the QIA Director and will be guided by principles of continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
