About The Position

Acara Solutions seeks a Capability Project Lead/ Deputy Program Manager Engineer for our client in Scottsdale, AZ. Lead engineering-focused project execution as a Capability Project Lead and Deputy Program Manager. Plan, organize, and manage program scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance. Communicate project status, risks, impacts, and corrective actions to diverse stakeholders. Apply project leadership principles, including Earned Value, SPI/CPI, and Cost Account Management. Guide teams through complex technical challenges and evolving program requirements. Creates an environment in which the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science or Technology or Mathematics with 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, planning, and execution within complex environments.
