Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations or large commercial institutions.
• Proven experience leading a technical team of peers to field hardware and software products to real operating environments at various scales.
• Proven experience and aptitude in taking a product from 1 to 100 and beyond.
• 4+ years work experience in a technology company or as a part of a technical implementation team focused on developing integrated hardware and software products.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Can travel up to 50% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Achieve success in customer-sponsored acceptance tests of the products within your portfolio.
• Lead the team of Andurillians through the operational execution of product evaluations - managing resources, priorities, and test scope.
• Build systems to effectively scale novel capabilities beyond their governmental qualifications and into the hands of warfighters.
• Manage the top-funnel demand of the product, work with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure material readiness.
• Author the processes in which Anduril sustains delivered products, through their entire lifecycle.
• Build trust with Anduril teammates, vendors, partners, potential customers and users through effective communication.
• Develop a deep understanding of mission requirements for emerging capabilities, including the nature of threats and operational constraints.
