Capa Host (On-Call) Who We Look For: We are looking for an individual who can provide support in Capa, our Spanish-influenced cuisine , rooftop steakhouse and bar with prior experience in Food & Beverage. I n this role, you will perform in a public relations capacity when promoting Four Seasons and is responsible for the guests’ first and last impression when visiting Capa.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment preferred
  • One year of OpenTable /Guest Center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the reception area and entrance in all aspects of stocking and cleanliness
  • Seat guests and parties at the appropriate tables and timeframes
  • Assist the department managers with training of new employees as requested
  • Work in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and deliver superior guest service
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operations, menus, price range and dress code of assigned outlet
  • Comply with Payment Card Industry requirements (PCI Compliance)
  • Be aware of the Company’s leadership team and know their extension numbers, locations and positions
  • Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
  • Be knowledgeable about opening and closing times for all our outlets at FS Orlando, as well as last order times
  • Be aware of the timing for the daily lighting of all Disney firework shows
  • Be aware of Capa's signature dishes and be able to make basic food and cocktail recommendations to guests
  • Be aware of all reservations policies and be able to make reservations
  • Be aware of all cancellation fees, cake fees, corkage fees, etc.
  • Opening and closing duties
