The CAP/DA Nurse (RN) Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing a Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program administered through a 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services waiver. This individual provides leadership and clinical oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for medically complex beneficiaries. This role oversees nursing and non-clinical staff, ensures adherence to federal and state HCBS waiver requirements, and collaborates with Interdisciplinary teams, providers, and community partners to promote health, autonomy, and quality of life for waiver participants. Additionally, the CAP/DA Unit Manager plays a key role in implementing complex system reforms and improvements to long-term care services, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery.
