Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate through territory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high quality leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory.
  • Create qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Transport self to assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
  • Utilize mapping programs and business applications for accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional appearance, including proper uniform and required permits.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Communicate ideas to improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program to the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Master Renewal by Andersen's methodology, products, and promotional offerings.
  • Become an expert in Signature Service.
