About The Position

The Canvassing Sales Manager will oversee canvassing sales representatives across a three-state territory, focusing on managing door-to-door lead generation efforts. This role involves leadership, decision-making, and administrative tasks to support the sales team and drive company growth.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial roofing sales.
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing a field canvassing team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as AccuLynx and/or RoofLink.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time efficiently.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
