Responsibilities

• Help people save money by owning permanent lighting on their homes.
• Manage and train new representatives.
• Generate and set appointments for sales.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices.
• Become an expert in understanding how permanent lighting works and its benefits.
• Adhere to high ethical standards of service to customers, the community, and each other.
• Conduct interviews and hire new team members on the spot.

Requirements

• 2 years of door-to-door sales experience (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
• Strong customer service skills
• Mid-level experience in sales management
