In this position, you will engage potential customers by proactively knocking on doors to introduce our products, establish the need, and generate leads for our sales representative team. Building rapport is essential, as you will need to establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for their home improvement needs. You will deliver compelling pitches, confidently communicating the benefits and features of the products that DaBella has to offer. Achieving sales targets is a critical aspect of this role, as you will be expected to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and quotas. Participation in team meetings is also a key responsibility, where you will contribute to regular discussions and training sessions to share experiences, learn new techniques, and stay aligned with the team's goals. Be prepared to hit the pavement, as this role requires walking and standing for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods. With a compensation structure that includes a base pay of $19.00 hourly plus uncapped bonus opportunities, average canvassers can earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonuses, with top performers exceeding $4,000 monthly.
