We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Cleveland, OH, and surrounding cities including Grayton and Mentor. No sales experience? Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
- Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
- Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
- Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.
