About The Position
Overview Champion Windows - Canvasser/Outside Canvassing $2,000 Sign-on Bonus We are looking for upbeat & friendly outside Canvasser for our rapidly growing marketing team! Hourly Rate Paid Weekly Tiered Bonus Structure Paid Weekly Sign-On Bonus up to $2,000 Referral Bonus up to $1,600 Up to 55,000 year with carreer advancement within 90 days We offer a competitive rate PLUS weekly Bonuses as well as a generous benefits package including : Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401 K Match Short- and Long-Term Life Insurance Paid Time Off/Vacation Time and Holiday Pay Paid weekly. Great Hours!! M-F rotating Saturdays You will schedule appointments while canvassing the community as assigned. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients. A supportive management team with opportunity to grow with us and develop your skills. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Self-motivated and competitive spirit
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
- Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
- Willing to travel 10%
- Be money-motivated
