About The Position
Proactive member of the brewing team, assuring quality in the brewery’s operations, specifically in the packaging area. This position reports to the Director of Brewery Operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience running a packaging/assembly required
- Forklift experience required
Responsibilities
- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Maintenance
- Supervise multiple canning runs/Week
- Monitor Seam specs
- Monitor fill levels
- Monitor Dissolved Oxygen levels
- Troubleshoot issues during runs
- Track inventory used during canning runs
- Loading/Unloading trucks
- Keeping warehouse organized and clean
- Building distribution orders
- Keeping track of warehouse/packaging inventories
