About The Position

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The role involves observing and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as per A.R.S. §36-2801.10.
• Consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services as per A.R.S. § 36-2804.01.
• Valid Identification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
• Implement security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing first aid if necessary.
• Assist patients and employees by addressing their concerns and providing directions as needed.
• Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
