We’re looking for a dedicated Plumbing Specialist to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform essential plumbing projects, troubleshooting, and repairs that keep our operations safe, efficient, and reliable. Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience (industrial or facilities preferred)
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Smart Sheet experience a plus)
- Comfortable working on your feet, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hands-on repair tasks
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance throughout the facility.
- Support other maintenance and operations teams with general repair projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Complete preventive maintenance on facility systems and make needed adjustments.
- Track and report work orders, materials, and costs using the Smart Sheet system.
- Maintain organized workspaces and manage material purchases and inventory.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for project planning.
- Cut, fit, and repair PVC, ABS, PEX, and non-welded steel parts.
- Perform light carpentry, framing, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist with R&D and facility improvement projects.
- Provide emergency support for equipment and building repairs when necessary.
