About The Position
American Workforce Group has partnered with a state-of-the-art extraction facility seeking a detail-oriented Cannabis Lab Technician. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about the science of cannabis, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the technical nuances of THC/CBD processing. The position involves working with contemporary extraction methods to produce infused pre-rolls and assist in THC extraction and distillation.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ and meet all WA state cannabis employment requirements
- Strong knowledge of lab procedures and THC/CBD compounds
- Ability to follow technical procedures with high attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Prior lab or cannabis production experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Produce infused pre-rolls with high consistency and quality
- Assist in THC extraction and distillation, including thin-film systems
- Operate and maintain advanced lab equipment
- Maintain compliance with WA state regulations and SOPs
- Track production data and ensure quality control
