About The Position

The Cannabis Inventory Clerk at Phat Panda is responsible for assisting in the quarantine processes within the Processing and Harvesting departments. This role involves maintaining secure and organized inventory, ensuring accuracy, and processing marijuana products for retail distribution. The position requires manual labor and forklift certification, which the company will provide if necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Previous trimming/plant experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to work mostly independently with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification (company will pay for certification if not already certified).
• Experience in trimming or plant handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all quarantine processes in the Processing and Harvesting departments.
• Keep inventory locked up, secure, and organized.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with processing marijuana products including trimming, packaging, and labeling.
• Track and move processing material inventory as necessary or assigned.
• Record completed lots of trim and catalog completed products in designated areas.
• Work in Cultivera to create sub batches, manifests, and print labels.
• Prepare flower for laboratory samples and R&D employee samples weekly.
• Intake deliveries of product, ensuring satisfaction and accuracy of weights.
• Communicate professionally with outside vendors and maintain a clean appearance.
• Secure payment from the Office Manager for deliveries.
• Assist with weekly inventory for sales projections as necessary.
• Help maintain online inventory tracking sheets to reflect current inventory and item locations.
• Process incoming returns and submit return invoices to Sales Admin for payment.
• Prepare items for further processing as necessary or assigned.
• Keep quarantine areas clean and organized.
• Trim dry marijuana for packing as needed.
• Dimples, packages, and seals joints for labeling as needed.
• Receive work assignments and maintain flexibility in a changing environment.
• Assist with Research & Development projects as assigned.
