Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.)
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl
  • Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants don’t lie!)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, labeling software)
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow SOPs and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
  • Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices

Responsibilities

  • Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
  • Supporting plants through every stage of life—from veg to bloom to harvest
  • Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
  • Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
  • Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
  • Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep
  • Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward
  • Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed
