About The Position
The Bloom Room Pacifica is currently seeking an outstanding individual to join our wonderful team as a Cannabis Consultant. We pride ourselves in offering extraordinary customer service and ensuring that every member leaves the store with the correct cannabis product to meet their needs. This position is ideal for someone with customer service experience, cannabis knowledge, point of sales experience, and basic computer skills, along with a passion for helping others. As a Cannabis Consultant, you will be responsible for registering new members, recommending medical and recreational cannabis products, cleaning the facility, updating product menus, and maintaining the dispensary floor. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the cannabis industry, as you will learn all the ins-and-outs of a cannabis dispensary and handle a variety of responsibilities. We require team members who are passionate about cannabis and ready to work. Our shifts are long, typically 10-11 hours, and most of that time is spent on your feet. We have long workdays and short work weeks, making it essential for all team members to support each other positively and promote a healthy workplace. If you are not passionate about helping others or ready to work in a close team environment, then this position may not be for you.
