About The Position

Are you passionate about cannabis and love connecting with people? Join the vibrant team at Fyre Ants, one of Western Massachusetts’ premier dispensaries, operated by Apical, Inc. We’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders who are ready to grow their careers in the cannabis industry.
As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
• Must pass a background check (CORI)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
• Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
• Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
• Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
• Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
• Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
• Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws
