About The Position
Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join a beautiful new dispensary located in Mt. Olive, New Jersey. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
- Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace
