As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Candidate Relationship Specialist role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Candidate Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations. Requirements

  • BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD).
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
  • Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
  • Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner.
  • Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
  • Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
