The following position is to join RTX Corporate: What You Will Do Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions. Provide end to end services for all RTX candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during their hiring process. Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements. Effectively update recruiters and managers on the status of the candidates they are Onboarding including any potential roadblocks and/or delays. Utilize SOP to process assigned work and goals. Maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures. Other tasks upon request
