The Cancer Navigation Program Supervisor serves as the operational and programmatic leader for Whitman-Walker’s Cancer Patient Navigation Program. This role ensures high-quality, equitable navigation services across the continuum of cancer care. The Supervisor will manage and support the Cancer Patient Navigator, Financial Navigator, and any additional cancer navigation roles, ensuring seamless coordination, quality assurance, compliance with grant and reporting requirements, and alignment with Whitman-Walker’s mission of dignity, inclusion, and health justice. While this role is primarily focused on cancer navigation, the Supervisor is also expected to support broader Community Health initiatives, including HIV prevention services such as outreach, HIV/STI testing, and PrEP and PEP navigation, as needed to meet organizational priorities.
