Requirements
- Active HCA, CNA, or equivalent certification (Oregon-compliant)
- Current TB test
- CPR certification
- Food Handler Card (if applicable)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card
- Reliable transportation (preferred)
- Professional, dependable communication
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to comply with Oregon caregiving regulations
- someone who genuinely cares about making a difference
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs
- Medication reminders
- Mobility support and fall prevention
- Light housekeeping
- Documenting care notes and communicating updates
