About The Position
The Canadian Affairs (CAN) Program Specialist at Kwaan Tech is responsible for supporting the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in coordinating U.S. government interagency processes related to transboundary issues between the U.S. and Canada. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication with foreign governments, and the ability to analyze and improve organizational efficiency in areas such as water policy and environmental cooperation.
