About The Position

The position involves operating manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to maintain maximum productivity on production lines. The employee will monitor product quality, perform rework as necessary, and complete required documentation for traceability and quality assurance. Collaboration with management to enhance work area safety, quality, cost, and productivity is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

• Ability to work at high speeds and multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity
• Monitor quality of product and follow established protocols when defects are found
• Perform rework effectively and efficiently to keep hold inventory at minimum levels
• Complete all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting and quality requirements
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity
• Other duties as assigned by management
