ProSidian Seeks a Campus / University Keynote/Guest Speaker | Education/Training And Knowledge Management [ESC1I048] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. We seek Campus / University Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Education/Training And Knowledge Management Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry/professional/lived experience in a related domain preferred.
  • Current or previous role aligned with Education & Training activities driving qualifications as a Campus / University Keynote Speaker.
  • Recognized expertise, public speaking experience, and subject-matter credibility are essential.
  • Skills in presentation development, verbal and non-verbal communication, audience engagement, storytelling, and subject fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Campus / University Topic Areas.
  • Collaborate with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Education & Training Functional Area.
  • Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Deliver high-value keynote insights aligned with an organization’s brand promise.
  • Present topic-specific keynotes and contribute to broader event objectives through storytelling and strategy.
  • May lead workshops, fireside chats, or immersive breakout sessions for audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate on pre-event customization or post-event consulting to extend impact and alignment.
