About The Position

Work under general supervision to assist students and teachers in use and maintenance of technology and educational software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and skills
• Ability to operate personal computer and educational software
• Ability to work with students and teachers effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively
• One year of experience working with children in an educational environment, or prior experience in technology support.

Responsibilities

• Run updates on technology equipment throughout the campus.
• Install a variety of computer programs.
• Issue devices to staff and students.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of classroom technology.
• Maintain campus technology inventory and update inventory annually.
• Process and complete technology work orders in a timely fashion.
• Assist with office and workroom clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in staff development, faculty meetings, and special events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Principal
