About The Position

The Campus Support Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing communication, service delivery, and daily operations within the Office of the Registrar. Working under the direction of the Associate and Assistant Registrars, this position leads strategic communication efforts, manages digital tools such as the Registrar chatbot and social media presence, and supports administrative operations across the Campus Support unit. The role also helps oversee the student assistant program and contributes to delivering high-quality enrollment services to the campus community. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending communication strategy, technology, and student-facing service in a fast-paced university environment.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting the administrative functions of an office.
  • Ability to work well with students and with the public in a reception capacity.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and appropriate administrators in coordinating office administrative functions.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, respect, thoughtful planning and office practices in completing responsibilities.
  • Experience and skill in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • PC familiarity and web browser functionality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing student employee programs is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining chatbot systems and coordinating social media is preferred.
  • One or more years in a high-volume university administrative setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret academic policies and enrollment procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage Registrar communications, including maintaining content calendars, updating messaging, and ensuring accuracy across websites and publications.
  • Oversee the Office of the Registrar chatbot and social media presence, including content development and user experience improvements.
  • Support the recruitment, training, scheduling, and coordination of student assistants within the Campus Support unit.
  • Provide administrative support for the Campus Support Unit to collaborate with internal units to ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication related to academic policies and procedures.
