About The Position

The Campus Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless, professional, and secure experience for tenants and guests at Old Parkland. This position serves as a central point of coordination for food delivery services, campus support functions, and day‑to‑day tenant-facing services, helping maintain the high standards expected in a premier office environment. This role blends hospitality, operations, and attention to detail, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people‑focused, service‑oriented setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, or property services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of people in a professional setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, service‑oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the centralized intake point for third‑party food delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
  • Ensure all deliveries are properly logged, organized, and directed to the correct tenant
  • Prevent unauthorized roaming by delivery personnel, maintaining campus security and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with delivery drivers and tenant representatives
  • Provide day‑to‑day tenant support and assist with service requests as needed
  • Manage and maintain a shared coffee bar, including restocking supplies, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Replenish first aid kits and related supplies throughout the campus
  • Support campus events or tenant activations as assigned
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
  • Identify and report maintenance or operational issues to the property management team
  • Assist with general building operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Act as a visible ambassador of the campus, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a polished demeanor at all times
  • Uphold the prestige and standards of a Class AAA office environment
