HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated Campus Security Manager. The Campus Security Manager will perform a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to security supervisors on requirements, and priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to employees and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. This position offers a salary of $47,840.00 - with weekly pay. The Campus Security Manager will assist in the administration of the assigned client location by: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an assigned area of a client site. Training subordinate staff on security plans, procedural guidelines, Company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice. Patrol the campus area on foot or in a patrol vehicle to enforce client policies Monitor vehicle parking areas to prevent vandalism or theft Inspect buildings and grounds for damage, vandalism, or other crimes; doors and gates to ensure campus security. Direct and regulate traffic and parking; respond to inquiries related to parking issues Administer first aid when needed Act as a Campus Security Authority Assist with Crisis Drills and Planning Respond to and investigate a variety of incidents including accidents, altercations, emergencies, active threats, fire or intrusion alarms, and other general disturbances following emergency response procedures Assist in the execution of emergency response such as building evacuation, crowd and traffic control, and de-escalation of volatile situations Receive, initiate, process, and write reports of incidents, accidents, and complaints; obtain statements, and conduct preliminary investigations using standard formats and processes. Respond to departmental service requests such as performing vehicle unlocks, escorts to vehicles, and battery jumps Carrying out audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program. A Security Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
