About The Position

The Campus Recruitment Team Lead will oversee the Steelcase internship program, focusing on attracting diverse talent and aligning the program's objectives with organizational goals. This role involves leading a team of campus recruiters, building relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a meaningful internship experience for students.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR related experience.
• Experience organizing work, setting team objectives, and developing team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience using data analytics to optimize program performance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience partnering with Colleges and Universities.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Handshake.
• Knowledge of talent marketing and social media strategies.
• Experience in diversity recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for the Steelcase US and Canada Internship Program.
• Align intern program objectives with organizational goals.
• Lead the team of campus recruiters.
• Cultivate relationships with target academic institutions and community partners.
• Design and deliver meaningful experiences for interns.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business in attracting top talent.
