About The Position

Although this role is primarily remote, it requires in-person attendance at townhalls, events, group meetings, campus activities, and interviews. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of either the 151 W 42nd Street New York office or the 320 S Canal St., Chicago office. Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Capital Markets campus recruitment programs to attract top students. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Works across BMO to provide operational and administrative support across the full campus recruitment lifecycle. Coordinates and supports the execution of campus recruitment strategies, including scheduling interviews, managing event logistics, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Plans and facilitates office and virtual events such as information sessions, office visits, and networking events in collaboration with university partners and internal stakeholders. Manages candidate communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Handles administrative tasks, including preparing recruitment materials and managing and supporting the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires. Collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align campus efforts with business objectives. Tracks and reports on key metrics related to campus recruiting performance and candidate engagement. Maintains accurate records in applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions. Provides administrative support for broader talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Typically, 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a professional service-oriented setting.
  • Experience in campus / early talent recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for early talent and building strong relationships.
