The Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Cornell Tech plays a vital role in supporting Master's students in technical and MBA programs by developing and delivering effective career management operations. This position is integral to the Career Management Team, focusing on enhancing student career opportunities and employer engagement while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the university community.

  • Participate in developing, planning, and executing all career programming for students, including events and interviews.
  • Create and distribute communications for students, alumni, and employers in collaboration with the External Relations team.
  • Collaborate with other Cornell Tech teams to align event schedules and employer contact information.
  • Manage the career management platform, including job postings and student participation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers using Airtable.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employers for on-campus events and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop career management materials for student presentations and serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries.
  • Design and execute employer and alumni surveys, analyzing data for improvements.
  • Manage data integration among internal platforms to streamline workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Deep commitment to customer service and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in recruiting or career services.
