About The Position

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Campus Recruiting Summer Intern. A successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, helping us explore AI-powered ways to streamline our workflow. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively, and pilot AI projects that improve scheduling, data tracking, and candidate engagement. The Campus Recruiting Intern will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Team to develop a big-picture understanding of our campus hiring business, brand & values and act as a champion of our tagline “Talent is our Strategy.” The Schonfeld Summer Internship is a 10-week program where interns build solutions that tackle real-world challenges and leave a lasting impact on the firm. As an intern, you’ll join a close-knit team that is ready to support your growth and accelerate your career. We will pair you with a dedicated manager and a mentor who’ll guide your development over the course of the internship and beyond. Throughout the program, you will have the chance to connect with senior leaders through a series of learning sessions, attend hands-on skills workshops, network at social events and get a behind-the-scenes look at how various functions power the firm. We’ll empower you to bring your ideas to life and make an impact.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in campus recruiting / HR, and curiosity about how AI can enhance these workflows
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized
  • Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; Demonstrates good judgement
  • Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own
  • Interest in learning about an applicant tracking system, e.g. Greenhouse
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the internship program, including event scheduling, managing calendar invites and managing presentations
  • Planning and coordinating events for the fall campus programming such as workshops, seminars, networking events, and social activities
  • Handling various administrative tasks related to the internship program such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing the program's budget
  • Schedule fall recruiting events and campaigns in Handshake and work with college career services
  • Align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and objectives
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Evaluate and pilot AI tools
