About The Position

Campus Recruiter TEMP – (Maternity Coverage) The Role Have a passion for Campus Recruiting? We are looking to hire a contract/temp campus recruiter to cover maternity leave for our Talent team. This role will oversee end-to-end campus & university recruiting programs across the US and the UK. This role will also assist with ad-hoc recruiting needs and projects for the global hiring team. This will be a 9-month contract position.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in campus recruiting – experience in a consulting practice is preferable.
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Experience with summer internship program planning and support
  • Career fair and event management experience
  • Strong service orientation and interest in engaging with candidates on their career search, the candidate experience is a top priority here at Ignite Putnam
  • Experience with an ATS preferred, we use Greenhouse
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Handshake
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and awareness of the need for confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Located within a commuting distance to Boston (Back Bay)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Manage all campus programs and hiring processes.
  • Overseeing the full candidate life cycle
  • Posting roles
  • Emailing with candidates
  • Scheduling interviews with the support of our peopleservices team.
  • Ensuring interview feedback is submitted to the ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Extending offers to successful candidates.
  • Assist broader recruitment team as needed
  • Plan Fall campus season (career fair registration, attendance management, and shipping materials)
  • Manage the Summer Internship Programs (events, feedback, return offers)
  • Support with onboarding planning and management (start date planning, swag,)
  • Excellent Collaboration skills, communicating in an open professional, and inclusive manner with candidates and key business stakeholders.
  • Assisting with other Talent, recruiting, and HR projects as needed.
