About The Position

What you'll do: Lead, recruit, and develop volunteer team Provide high quality production support for weekend services, mid-week services, and events for your campus. This includes but is not limited to: modifying ProPresenter content for events and services, lighting design/programming, executing stage designs, scheduling volunteers Print and load content for the various services and events Maintain production equipment at campus by following schedule and processes established by Central Production Support Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meeting and worship Manage training workflows for new volunteers in Planning Center Online & Rock (church database) Operate media equipment/provide production support for various events and services Communication with other departments to coordinate and clarify media needs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years live production experience (paid or volunteer) preferred
  • Working proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter, Keynote, etc.)
  • Lighting programming skills a plus, willing to learn systems a requirement (GrandMA familiarity a plus)
  • Familiarity with Audio Mixing, audio System setup, and troubleshooting skills a plus (Behrigner X32 & DigiCo experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Video system knowledge (Projection, playback, setup, etc.) skills a plus
  • Team player, ready to do whatever is needed to accomplish the task and for it to run smoothly
  • Actively engage in monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Proven experience meeting multiple rapid deadlines
