About The Position

The Campus President oversees the academic operations of their assigned campus, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the campus leadership team to guide decision-making and actions in alignment with the College's vision, mission, purpose, and values. The Campus President is the designated school director for ABHES. The role involves managing campus operations, providing support to the Dean of Nursing and Dean of General Education, optimizing academic support resources, and overseeing campus student success. The Campus President ensures an environment conducive to learning through effective space planning, security, emergency response, maintenance, and budget management. They partner with function leaders at the campus to ensure appropriate and effective use of budget to support the campus’s success and coordinate with marketing for campus announcements. Additionally, the Campus President is responsible for building a highly effective team, promoting student success and satisfaction, strategically engaging with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining compliant records.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in leadership, education, healthcare, business, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in effective operational leadership
  • Experience in a role with P&L responsibility
  • Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage campus operations
  • Provide support to Dean of Nursing and Dean of General Education
  • Optimize academic support resources and oversee campus student success
  • Ensure an environment conducive to learning through effective space planning, security, emergency response, maintenance, and budget management
  • Partner with function leaders at the campus to ensure appropriate and effective use of budget
  • Coordinate with marketing for campus announcements
  • Recruit, develop, and supervise team; focus on creating a student-centric culture
  • Effectively manage personnel, budget, and resources to foster high colleague engagement
  • Support employee development
  • Promote student success and satisfaction by facilitating access to College resources
  • Foster student engagement through coordination of campus events
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and Provost
  • Cultivate collaboration with community partners and act as an ambassador for the College
  • Establish effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Regularly interact with all students
  • Participate in annual Advisory Board meetings
  • Monitor completion of required campus plans or documents to meet regulatory requirements
  • Serve on relevant committees for the campus and the College
  • Maintain compliant records, including grievance and security reports
