About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Campus Patrol/NOC Concierge Receptionist to join our assisted living facility on a part-time basis. This unique position is ideal for someone who values safety and enjoys providing top-notch customer service to residents, staff, and visitors during non-office hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a security or reception role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
This is a part-time position requiring availability during evenings, nights, and weekends.
The ability to walk and stand for extended periods and to work in both indoor and outdoor settings is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols of the campus to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Monitor security systems and respond to any irregularities or incidents promptly.
Assist in the enforcement of community rules and regulations to maintain order.
Serve as the main point of contact at the concierge desk during assigned shifts.
Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries, directions, and requests.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and incident reports.
Communicate effectively with emergency services, if necessary, and relay information to appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure consistent safety policies and procedures.
Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, processing mail, and other assigned tasks.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of on-site activities, as needed.
