About The Position

Bell Shoals is a multi-site church with five campuses located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We are actively seeking a Campus Pastor for a soon to be launched Parrish Campus. As a thriving ministry, we are committed to spreading the gospel and making a lasting impact on our community. Requirements

• Minimum M.Div degree from an accredited seminary
• Previous experience on a pastoral staff
• Strong desire to see individuals receive Christ and grow in their faith

• Church planting or campus planting experience
• Strong entrepreneurial skills
• Working knowledge of multi-campus ministries
• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to the ministry
• Infectious personality and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Forming and leading a core group from other campuses and the local community
• Weekly preaching
• Shepherding the congregation
• Overseeing campus operations
• Coordinating worship services
• Leading staff
• Engaging with the local community
• Actively participating with the larger Bell Shoals ministry
