About The Position
The Campus Pastor at Highpoint Church is responsible for leading the largest campus in Naperville, IL, and advancing the church's mission of helping people believe in, belong to, and be like Jesus. This role involves overseeing all ministries at the campus, inspiring and equipping staff and volunteers, and being a visible presence in the community. The Campus Pastor will also teach at weekend services and drive engagement in church activities.
