About The Position

The Campus Operations Manager is an essential in supporting and executing initiatives within Campus Operations. This position is accountable for overseeing administrative operations – managing expenses and tracking budgets, supporting capital planning initiatives, develop and oversee relationships with various vendors and contractors, as well as oversight for our transportation fleet – supervision of our bus drivers and fleet of van rentals.

Responsibilities

  • Regular, predictable attendance on campus
  • Alignment with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap
  • Manages all invoices, budgetary tracking, credit and gas card expenses; records and tracks all utilities
  • Oversee capital planning documents for ongoing and future projects
  • Develop and manage relationships with a variety of vendors and contractors, direct oversight of vending, waste management, and utilities vendors
  • Supervision for all CDL bus drivers and bus use, and management for a fleet of vans
  • Supports the Emergency Management Team as needed
  • Other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned
