Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a vibrant College Clinic for a high-impact, short-term assignment through March 2026, with the potential for extension. Position Overview: Provide high-quality care to a diverse college student population, including the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic condition management. Promote health through screenings, preventative counseling, and education on reproductive health, mental health awareness, and lifestyle management. Coordinate within a multidisciplinary clinic team, ensuring seamless referrals to specialists and maintaining meticulous electronic health records. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols to ensure compliance with state health regulations and best practices in campus medicine.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License
• Valid Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration and DEA License
• 3–5 years of previous nursing experience
• Current CPR certification (Required)
