About The Position

The position is located at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, OH, within the Center for Mission & Belonging department. The role is non-exempt and involves supporting the setup before and cleanup after Sunday Mass, as well as Tuesday and Thursday Masses as the school schedule allows, requiring approximately 3-4 hours of work per week.

Requirements

• Experience in areas indicated above plus other qualifications and requirements necessary for completion of duties
• Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Creativity
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
• Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines
• Well organized, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University

Responsibilities

• Utilization of Canva to design event flyers and Instagram posts
• Assistance with setting up and tearing down for events
• Taking photos during events
• Assistance with preparation and setup for weekday Masses, as designated by full-time staff
