The University of Texas at Austin is seeking to hire a communications coordinator to support communications and university community engagement efforts for the Campus Master Plan Update Project - a multi-year initiative that will help to identify University needs, priorities and strategic vision, and guide planning efforts for the University's physical campuses for decades to come. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a transformative project on a dynamic, visionary team in order to support an effort that will engage every area of the University's organization. This position will be responsible for gathering information and coordinating clear, timely, consistent, and accessible communications that inform and engage campus and community stakeholders throughout the master planning process. Working closely with campus leadership, planning teams, the Master Plan consultant team, and the Operational Services and Strategies communications team, the Communications Coordinator will help translate complex planning concepts into understandable messaging to support the master planning effort. This position is currently funded for a 3 year period. You’ll be working for a university that is internationally recognized for our academic programs and research.
