About The Position

As a Campus Maintenance Manager for Greenheck Group you will support corporate net sales objectives through the management of maintenance and safety programs, verifying governmental compliance, and providing assistance with corporate facility expansions and improvements. Providing direction and leadership to maintenance team, oversee the maintenance operations and ensure the effective functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
  • 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification
  • Project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct a team of maintenance personnel who are responsible for the integrity of Greenheck Group buildings, grounds and machinery.
  • Ensure that all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed.
  • Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical leadership by answering daily inquiries and assisting with solving problems.
  • Coordinate communication with team across all shifts.
  • Monitor campus wide spare parts, shop supplies and tooling.
  • Work to continually improve corporate safety programs and safety and housekeeping awareness.
  • Ensure production goals are obtained through timely and cost-effective repair of factory equipment to minimize downtimes and maximize machine capacity and longevity.
  • Meet with vendors to negotiate the purchase of and obtain information on equipment or services on current projects.
  • Manage and provide education to other company personnel on governmental regulatory issues that affect the Greenheck Group manufacturing operations. (i.e. DNR, DOT, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and local municipalities).
  • Provide technical consultation with others in the organization concerning process operation and capabilities.
  • Plan and implement facility expansions, utility projects and machinery rebuild/upgrade projects.
  • Provide plant engineering services to other manufacturing engineering projects such as installation of new equipment, plant layout modifications and emission permit application.
  • Proactively support continuous improvement activities.
