About The Position

The Campus Kids Minister leads k ids m inistry at a specific location by equipping and developing serve staff to execute Eleven22 K ids service gatherings, while also partnering with parents as the primary disciple-makers of their families.

Requirements

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Possess strong organizational, planning and problem - solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent learner with attention to detail
• Innovative and creative problem-solver
• 2-5 years of experience in k ids m inistry

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s d egree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead in the recruitment, coachin g and equipping of serve staff
• Support in planning and executing Eleven22 K ids M inistry events
• Carry out curriculum for Eleven22 K ids M inistry
• Control inventory of supplies and other needs in Eleven22 K ids using allocated budget
• Partner with parents in raising up the new generation of kids to discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ
• Lead and develop staff, apprentices and interns at the campus
• Model discipleship by being a disciple-making disciple
• Carry clear vision, values and culture to serve staff and staff teams
• Oversee onboarding process, safety and security procedures, training and care of serve staff
